In compliance with the provisions and pursuant to Art. 13 D. Decree 30 June 2003, Box International Srl with an address on Avenue B. Bisagno 6 / 15 - 16129 Genova, in his capacity as owner, inform the suppliers to determine the objectives and methods of processing of personal data collected, their scope of communication and dissemination, as well as the nature of their contribution.

The data collected from suppliers, for which the treatment will be processed and used directly to fulfill its instrumental purpose to the completion and management of the business such as order management and supply goods and services, functional performance, as well as related activities, such as filing, billing, processing, and those required by law, in full compliance with the principle of fairness and the legal provisions.

The data processing is done through paper and computer by the owner and the employees of insiders. The data are stored in paper files and electronic equipment with full assurance of minimum security measures provided by the legislature.

Personal data, accounting and tax will not be distributed, sold or exchanged with third parties, except for possible comunications to third parties for the performance of functional activities to the holder, such as: administrative, accounting and tax, and except where this is essential to implementation of parties obligations. In that case the use by third parties will be in full compliance with the principle of fairness and the legal provisions.

Interested party may assert his rights as expressed by articles. 7, 8, 9 and 10 of D.Lgs. 30 June 2003 No 196, by contacting the data controller. In particular, under art. 7 the party can obtain confirmation of whether or not personal data concerning him, even if not yet recorded, and their communication in intelligible form. You have the right to obtain indication: a) the origin of personal data b) the purposes and methods of treatment c) the logic applied in case of treatment with the aid of electronic instruments d) of identity of the owner, manager and the representative appointed under article 5, paragraph 2 e) subjects or categories of persons to whom the data may be communicated or who can learn about them as appointed representative in the State, managers or agents. You have the right to: a) updating, rectification or, when interested, integration of data, b) the cancellation, transformation into anonymous form or block of data in violation of the law, including those which need not be kept for the purposes for which the data were collected or subsequently processed; c) certification that the operations in letters a) and b) have been notified, as also their contents, to those to whom the data were communicated or disseminated, unless this requirement proves impossible or involves a manifestly disproportionate to the protected right. You have the right to object, in whole or in part, a) for legitimate reasons the processing of personal data, pertinent to the purpose of collection b) the processing of personal data for purposes of sending advertising materials or direct selling or for carrying out market surveys or commercial communication.

The data will be kept for the time required to carry out accounting and tax purposes as required by law.

The provision of data is optional, however, the refusal to answer involves the impossibility for the owner to act on the report and to fulfill its obligations in connection therewith.

Under Article 24 D. Lgs. 196/2003 the consent to the processing of these data is not necessary as they are collected and to fulfill with legal obligations or to perform obligations under contract.
