Bisagno Avenue 6 / 15 - 16129 Genoa, in his capacity as owner, inform those who are registered to the newsletter service on what are the purposes and methods of processing of personal data collected, their scope of communication and dissemination, as well as the nature of their contribution.

The data collected from registered, for which the treatment will be processed and used directly to fulfill its purpose instrumental to the completion of the update and information about commercial communications / promotional activities related to social activities, in full compliance with the principle of fairness and with the laws.

The data processing is done through electronic means or anyway through telematic processes by persons specially appointed interior. The data are stored in computer files which are applied for the minimum security measures provided by the legislature.

Personal data will not be shared, sold or exchanged with third parties unless it is strictly necessary to perform the service of preparing and sending the newsletter requested by the user.

Interested party may assert his rights as expressed by articles. 7, 8, 9 and 10 of D. Lgs. 30 June 2003 No 196, by contacting the data controller. In particular, under art. 7 the party can obtain confirmation of existence or not of personal data concerning him, even if not yet recorded, and their communication in intelligible form. You have the right to obtain indication: a) the origin of personal data b) the purposes and methods of treatment c) the logic applied in case of treatment with the aid of electronic instruments d) of identity of the owner, manager and the representative appointed under article 5, paragraph 2 e) subjects or categories of persons to whom the data may be communicated or who can learn about them as appointed representative in the State, managers or agents. You have the right to: a) updating, rectification or, when interested, integration of data, b) the cancellation, transformation into anonymous form or block of data in violation of the law, including those which need not be kept for the purposes for which the data were collected or subsequently processed; c) certification that the operations in letters a) and b) have been notified, as also their contents, to those to whom the data were communicated or disseminated, unless this requirement proves impossible or involves a manifestly disproportionate to the protected right. You have the right to object, in whole or in part, a) for legitimate reasons the processing of personal data, pertinent to the purpose of collection b) the processing of personal data for purposes of sending advertising materials or direct selling or for carrying out market surveys or commercial communication.

The data will be kept for the residence time of registration to the newsletter. The cancellation of its registration by the user also removes from the database of newsletter registered which owns the Box International S.r.l.

The release of the data is optional. It is understood that without data release will be impossible to carry out the related process for sending the newsletter.

Under Article 24 D. Lgs. 196/2003 the consent to the processing of data is necessary because they are collected for purposes of marketing communications, promotion and advertising.
