In compliance with the provisions within the meaning and effect of art. 13 D. Lgs 30 June 2003, the company Box International Srl with address on B. Bisagno Avenue 6 / 15 - 16129 Genova, in his capacity as the holder informs the applicants with information and estimates, including those participating in international exhibitions and conferences, and recipients of commercial communications, what are the purposes and methods of  personal data information collected, their scope of communication and dissemination, as well as the nature of their conferment. 

The data collected from stakeholders and from third parties, represent data being processed and will be processed and used directly to fulfill instrumental purposes to the request submitted by the parties, and, if consented at the bottom of this statement, for mailing of advertising and promotion of the Company, through newsletters, mail, fax.

The data processing is done through paper and computer by the owner and the employees of insiders. The data are stored in computer files and paper to which they are applied to the minimum security measures provided by the legislature. The data is only stored for the time necessary to interact for the release of information or for a quote or give updates and feedback to applicants. If it is granted the permission to send advertising and promotional material, the data will be retained as long as the person concerned does not oppose to the processing in the manner indicated below.

The personal data collected will not be distributed, sold or exchanged with third parties, except  the communications to third parties that conducts advertising and promotion activities to the owner or is strictly necessary to perform the service of preparing and sending the newsletter.

Interested parties may assert their rights as expressed by articles. 7, 8, 9 and 10 of Legislative D.Lgs. 30 June 2003 No 196, by contacting the data controller. In particular, under art. 7 the party can obtain confirmation of whether or not personal data concerning him, even if not yet recorded, and their communication in intelligible form. You have the right to obtain indication: a) the origin of personal data b) the purposes and methods of treatment c) the logic applied in case of treatment with the aid of electronic instruments d) of identity of the owner, manager and the representative appointed under article 5, paragraph 2 e) subjects or categories of persons to whom the data may be communicated or who can learn about them as appointed representative in the State, managers or agents. You have the right to: a) updating, rectification or, when interested, integration of data, b) the cancellation, transformation into anonymous form or block of data in violation of the law, including those which need not be kept for the purposes for which the data were collected or subsequently processed; c) certification that the operations in letters a) and b) have been notified, as also their contents, to those to whom the data were communicated or disseminated, unless this requirement proves impossible or involves a manifestly disproportionate to the protected right. You have the right to object, in whole or in part, a) for legitimate reasons the processing of personal data, pertinent to the purpose of collection b) the processing of personal data for purposes of sending advertising materials or direct selling or for carrying out market surveys or commercial communication.

Data release is optional, however, while not providing it’s impossible for the holder to act on the requests made and in the case the consent is given to send promotional and advertising material.

According to D. Lgs. 196/2003 the consent to the processing of data for advertising and promotion is necessary because they are collected out of previous contractual arrangements.
